This notice explains what AidaSoft Inc. (“Aida,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit www.aidasoft.com and how we use it. The Aida FieldPro mobile app has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms. When you book a demo or ask for a checklist, we receive your name, company, work email, phone number (if you give it), whether you run a flooring company or an install crew, and any message you write.
- Basic server records. Like every web server, ours records the date and time of each request, the page asked for, your IP address and your browser type. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and set up a time.
- To email you the checklist you asked for, followed by a few short emails about Aida. Reply “unsubscribe” to any of them and we’ll stop.
- To keep a simple record of who has contacted us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is stored on our own server and sent through our email provider so we can reply to you. We will share it only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while we are in touch with you about Aida. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing info@aidasoft.com.
